Development and promotion are top priorities at Namics. Most of our employees have an academic background, and with this comes high expectations for their future developmental opportunities and prospects. Our potential-oriented personnel development model supports and promotes each employee’s progress, and we use a four-step career path to align individual growth.
Namics takes an integrated approach to staff development. We closely link communication to regular location audits, as well as the alignment and planning of support measures, developmental steps and incentive programs.
We follow a well-balanced experience pyramid to ensure that our employees can pass on their expertise and findings from various fields and projects in a useful way. Employees and their superiors regularly discuss the latest results and upcoming steps in development.
Further education and training
Learning is very important in our rapidly changing environment, which is why it is one of the key factors involved in our work. We count on curious, motivated and driven employees for our success. Namics provides its staff with a great deal of freedom to try new things and find their paths to the best solutions.
We offer extensive training courses and events both within and outside the company, ranging from project management and technology certifications to conference and convention visits.
A regularly organised highlight is the Namics Conference – an internal event spanning several days in which the entire company meets for further education and training.
Another special feature is our Namics.Lab. Each team has the opportunity to take two days per year to focus on interesting ideas and topics they have little opportunity to explore during their everyday work.
We also welcome our employees to make requests or suggestions regarding individual educational programmes.
